13/02/2015: 'Vlaams bevolkingsonderzoek naar borstkanker' (Flemish Public Research working group for breast cancer)
Ministerial Decree related to the foundation and composition of the 'Vlaams bevolkingsonderzoek naar borstkanker' (Flemish Public Research working group for breast cancer). This Decree entered into force on 1 November 2014. (Publication 11/03/2015).

19/05/2010: Expansion of the Cancer Registry's duties
Law related to the inclusion of test results in the registry as part of efforts related to the early detection programme for cancer in the Belgian Cancer Registry's duties. This meant that the legal basis for expanding a central cyto-histopathology registry became a fact (publication 02/06/2010). Download

28/09/2009: Protocol Agreement
Concluded between the Federal Government and the Communities. This agreement describes the arrangements and forms of cooperation between the different competent authorities involved in screening, in accordance with European Directives (publication 29/10/2009). Download
04/05/2009: The introduction of nomenclature numbers related to prevention
Royal Decree related to the introduction of the following nomenclature numbers:
- Preventive cytological examination: may be submitted once every two calendar years.
- Second reading of the cytological examination: may be submitted once every two calendar years.
- Cytological examination for follow-up: may be submitted twice a year until a negative result is achieved.
